The Civil Rights Litigation Group is a people’s law firm in Denver, Colorado. We represent real people across the state, in both state and federal court. We never represent government officials or corporations.
We are staunch civil rights advocates who believe justice requires public officials and corporations to be held accountable for abusing the public trust. We believe victims can send a strong message of deterrence by standing up for their rights and reclaiming the dignity and respect that is often taken by violators.
We carry out this mission by pursuing civil rights cases against government officials who violate people’s rights.
What We Do
We push for the recognition and enforcement of all of our rights. In court, we fight on behalf of those individuals who have had their civil and constitutional rights violated by abusive governmental officials and others in power. We pursue remedies on behalf of plaintiffs in civil cases using state and federal civil rights laws, including 42 U.S.C. § 1983, C.R.S. § 13-21-131, Title VII, CADA, the ADA, and the ADEA.
